1949- Oxford St.Sydney - Frank Brewer & Andy McGavin in the two V860 midgets Frank had just imported into our country. These two midgets went on to be two of the most famous cars to race on Australian Speedways over the next two to three decades. # 10 as seen here, Frank raced as # 99, Werner Greve actually drove it with a Holden engine as 13, it went to Harry Neale in S.A., fitted with a REPCO and wound up as the Big BERCO # 2 . # 48 driven by McGavin, Reynolds, Fay Taylour, went to Werner Greve rebodied with a Holden as # 13, John Harvey as 13, Peter Cunneen as 67,1,17 and is now restored as # 13 Harvey/ Mackay era. Other drivers have also driven both cars, lack of space here to list.
